Gazebo Store Policies

We want you to love your purchases. If you ever have a problem with an item from Gazebo let us know about it! Please give us a call or schedule an appointment for a re-fit or consult. We stand behind what we sell and appreciate the opportunity to make things right for you. (Often this can be accomplished with a simple alteration.)

We have a 3 week return policy. Items may be returned for store credit or exchanged.

  • Item must be unworn.
  • Original garment tags and Gazebo ticket must be attached.
  • Sales receipt must accompany returns.

Swimsuits, sale items and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Alterations

We do bra alterations and repairs at no charge for 3 months on bras purchased at full price. Bras must be laundered before we can work on them. There will be a small fee after 3 months. After 12 months, it is typically best to get a new bra, but if you have an issue or a question we are always happy to consult and evaluate the situation.

Layaway Policy

30% down, generous time limit on balance (2 months). No credits or exchanges. In the event of non-fulfilled payment, garment will be returned to sale rack, and customer’s investment is forfeited.
