Gazebo is 1200sqft which is relatively small by today’s standards. We are unable to maintain the inventory levels of a larger retailer. We pride ourselves on our customer service, so if at anytime we are out of stock of something you desire, please feel free to place a special order with us. We are happy to do it for you and it is relatively simple. Here’s how:

2. Provide us with some information: Name, Address, if it’s something you’ve purchased before, size, color and quantity. If you have been a past customer, Let us look in our extensive customer database and find the information for you.

3. Special Orders are paid in full before the item is ordered and are final sales. This ensures that it is yours when it arrives and is set aside and not sold. We accept Cash, Check and All major Credit Cards

4. Do you require it mailed or UPS? We are happy to do that as well, but we charge a shipping and handling fee for this service that is determined by weight and value of the merchandise. (Items of $50 or more must be UPS)

5. Company ship times and minimums vary so the rule of thumb is 4-6weeks estimated time frame. In most cases we are able to turn it around in two weeks from the date of the order. In rare cases it can take longer due various reasons, but we will happily notify you if this becomes the case.
